01Consent
By ticking the box at registration I freely, of my own will and in my own interest consent to the ÉDITION platform operator processing my personal data: name, e-mail, and, for artists, public-profile details (name/pseudonym, birth year, biography).
Purposes: account registration and management, bidding, concluding and performing transactions, maintaining a public artist profile. Operations: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, rectification, use, transfer to transaction parties, blocking, deletion, destruction — by automated means.
The consent remains in force until the purposes are achieved or until withdrawn. It may be withdrawn at any time by writing to privacy@edition.art; withdrawal does not affect prior processing or processing required to complete existing transactions.
